CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are a small specialty hotel with a small number of suites, cancellations affect our hotel significantly. As a result, we have a strict cancellation policy because a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the suite. A deposit of 30% plus taxes is required at all times upon reservation (except during the Holiday Season and for stays of 8 nights and more – see below). Your deposit, less a $57.50 fee, will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received 7 days before your arrival date. To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable (including no-shows). If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.

HOLIDAY SEASON: DECEMBER 21- JANUARY 7TH A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit less a fee of $57.50 per suite reserved will be refunded on a cancellation received up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 29 days till 7 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited. No reimbursement if cancelled 7 days before the arrival. Total of reservation charged. Once you arrival at the hotel in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.
