CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we are a small specialty hotel with a small number of suites, cancellations affect our hotel significantly. As a result, we have a strict cancellation policy because a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the suite.

A deposit of 30% plus taxes is required at all times upon reservation (except during the Holiday Season and for stays of 8 nights and more – see below). Your deposit, less a $57.50 fee, will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received 7 days before your arrival date.

A cancellation received up to 72 hours before your arrival date will result in the loss of your deposit.

No reimbursement if cancelled within less then 72 hours before arrival. Total of reservation charged.

There is no refund if the client is a no-show or cancels part of or the entire reservation during their stay. CANCELLATION, CHANGE OR NO-SHOW

HOLIDAY SEASON: DECEMBER 21- JANUARY 7TH A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit less a fee of $57.50 per suite reserved will be refunded on a cancellation received up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 29 days till 7 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited. No reimbursement if cancelled 7 days before the arrival. Total of reservation charged. Once you arrival at the hotel in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.
